Tanaka #1 overall?

GM Brandon Covington of the Cold Notes has unofficially let it be known that Masahiro Tanaka will be selected #1 in our upcoming draft. Is he telling the truth though?

Let's not forget the Cold Notes let it be known that they were selecting Felix Hernandez #1 in 2008, only to choose Curtis Granderson when it came time to announce.
